In order to improve our service to our managed service customers, we have built a network operations center that integrates tightly with Cato Networks and Aruba Networks. Our NOC has been programmed with the relevant events that can occur on these systems so that we can deliver a very specific and accurate service. We are also able to intake all the logging of these platforms for historical reasons or for analysis. Our NOC contains all the tools needed from information gathering, to visualisation, to alerting and reporting. Our NOC is available already all our proactive managed services customers, who receive a live view on their environments’ discovered issues through our dashboards.
Today we launch a new service for all of our new and existing Cato and/or Aruba customers. Every Thru customer who has an active Cato subscription and/or Aruba (Central) subscription receives free SMS alerting for high priority events taking place in their environment.
